Day one of my juice cleanse/fast/reboot:

Starting weight 185lbs!

I’m going to weigh myself every Monday just to observe the weekly weight lost of this reboot. Please note: strength training builds muscle and muscle weighs more than fat…. A person  not exercising and just doing this fast would probably lose alot more than me but would come out of the fast with pounds lost and no muscle gained which leaves you flabby….. And nobody got time for that lol

First thing I do  is drink a hot drink made of ginger and lemon of water. This is a great way to begin your morning as it cleanses the intestines.

Breakfast is a orange, carrot, apple, lemon, celery, ginger juice

To stimulate my lymphatic system, I will use the method of body brushing followed by a hot shower. 

For a in between lunch and breakfast snack I will have a juice made of oranges and coconut water. 

The rest of the day I will have between 3 to 5 more juices that will take the place of any snacks and dinner. 

I will end my day with a cup of a nice herbal tea …. I’m going to teavana today to re-up on my favorite blend strawberry lemonade…. Yum!

I have to go to Trader Joe’s today to do a produce haul since we didn’t go to the farmer’s market yesterday because it was raining so bad. 

In addition: I’m going to keep all of the receipts of every time I go to the farmer’s market or super market in this 30 days to see how much would it cost a person to do an all organic juice cleanse for 30 days.
